Do you allow drop-ins?
We allow drop-ins for BJJ only. We would prefer that you contact us ahead of time to let us know when to expect you and to wear proper attire (Gi/No-Gi) depending on the class you wish to attend.

Yes! We offer tuition discounts to active federal, state, and local first responders, including: law enforcement, firefighters, and emergency medical technicians/services.
To attend a Judo class, students and visitors must wear a white or blue Gi. There are no Gi color restrictions for BJJ classes. We also request that your Gi should not display offensive text and/or images.
Yes, we have a shower in the men’s and women’s locker rooms. You must bring your own towel and toiletries.
Come to your first class wearing tight-fitting workout/athletic wear as loose clothing will inhibit proper movement. For everyone’s safety, we advise wearing clothing free of zippers, pockets, and buttons. For Gi classes, we offer loaner Gis at no extra charge during your trial period.
We have limited parking slots directly in front of the school but if those are taken, there should be plenty of street parking.

Definitely one of the best BJJ & Judo schools in the country. I’ve been to some of the top schools in the USA such as American Top Team in Florida and the high level instruction given by renowned BJJ black belt Jamie Cruz is absolutely phenomenal due to his patience and great communication skills which outline the fine details of a technique/sequence. Extremely friendly environment in a clean and competitive atmosphere.
Great school with an amazing staff. Our son started a few months ago and was very hyperactive and easily distracted. Sensei Camal and Sensei Cruz take their time with the students, patiently teaching them discipline and respect. They have older kids and senior members that help with the toddlers as part of their own personal development. Our son has grown tremendously and loves coming here! Highly recommend!
